Mr. Donovan brings more than 20 years of experience as a legal advisor to hardware and software technology licensing, marketing and development companies to this new position at Netsmart. He also has broad experience in corporate governance and finance, litigation management and internal legal support processes. Before joining Netsmart, Mr. Donovan served in chief legal officer positions with the turnaround management team at Boston Communications Group and at the NEC companies in the U.S. He also was principal of Executive Legal Solutions, which provided consulting services on organizational structure, information and business processes to major corporate legal departments. Mr. Donovan holds bachelor of arts and juris doctorate degrees from St. John's University.
