BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - National City Corp. Wednesday named Richard L.
Michel as vice chairman and head of the its commercial banking business unit
Michel most recently served as group executive of the global industrials
group for Citigroup's global corporate bank.
Shares of National City rose 3% to $5.24.
