LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Namibian Resources PLC said it has placed 1 mln
shares with its directors to raise 100,000 stg.
The cash proceeds from the placing will be used for working capital and to
complete the purchase of additional equipment and for repairs to increase the
throughput of diamondiferous gravels and provide a back up in the event of plant
breakdowns.
