NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR
The Company was informed yesterday, that Sir Bruce MacPhail, Scarborough's
Senior Independent Non-executive Director had purchased a further 294,050
ordinary shares of 30 pence each in the Company on 6 June 2007 at a price per
share of 66 pence, bringing his total holding to 750,000 shares, representing
approximately 0.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
