Americas award for corporate growth leadership related to the four
acquisitions the company closed prior to the end of August,
2014.

award to Mr. Holder at a gala ceremony in New York City. The
Americas M&A Atlas Awards are part of a global series that
exclusively recognizes top deals, extraordinary leadership, and
