SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - NCR Corp. on Tuesday named Richard
Clemmer and Robert DeRodes to its board of directors.
Clemmer is currently a senior adviser to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and a
member of the board of i2 Technologies Inc.
DeRodes has served as chief information officer for Home Depot Inc. since
2002.
Shares of Dayton, Ohio-based NCR, a provider of information technology
services, were down 16 cents at $24.18.
