LONDON (Thomson Financial) - NBA Quantum PLC said it has acquired the
goodwill of the management consultancy firm Technisolve Ltd for 92,000 stg in
cash.
The specialist management consultant said the goodwill purchased consists of
business information, business intellectual property rights, fee income for
contracts in progress after the effective date of completion, current clients
and contacts and records.
For the 12 months ended April 30, 2007, Technisolve reported sales of
216,000 stg and pretax profit of 33,000 stg.
