Motive and Mediaset Renew Support Contract

Mediaset Premium S.p.A. continues to use Motive's Content Express(TM) Platform for 7(th) year

Motive Television plc announces that its 100% owned subsidiary, Motive Television Services Limited ("Motive Services"), has signed an agreement with Mediaset Premium S.p.A. ("Premium") to continue to provide support and other technology services for the maintenance and delivery of the Head End Solution. Premium is a recently established company of the Mediaset Group that operates pay television platform operator services using its digital terrestrial network named Mediaset Premium Service. This agreement will ensure the continuity of Motive's Content Express(TM) platform to operate the Mediaset's Premium Service for a seventh year.

The terms of the agreement are in line with the support and maintenance agreement which was announced by the Company on 5 September 2014.

Premium will continue to engage the services of Motive to provide support and other technology services for the maintenance and delivery of services including datacasting and autorecording functionalities and are operated by a combination of Head End Solution and Client (set-top box) Software.

TabletTV

BYOD TV

Motive's BYOD TV solution provides passengers and crew in maritime environments with access to video-on-demand movies and television without needing direct access to the Internet or broadcast signals. Markets for the platform include operators of passenger ferries, cruise lines, commercial ships, and oil platforms among others. In addition, BYOD TV has application for additional markets including passenger airlines, trains, waiting lounges, etc.
