Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Directors

Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc has a Sharesave scheme which all employees are eligible to participate in. The Company's Chief Financial Officer Trevor Strain has asked to participate in the scheme.

Accordingly, the Company announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares").

On 19 May 2015 the Company granted the following share options under the Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc Sharesave Scheme 2010.
