Court hearing to approve the Settlement Plan

Further to the announcement on 5 September 2016, the Company announces that it has today filed an application for final approval of the Settlement Plan with the District Court of Paphos. The court hearing to approve the Settlement Plan has been scheduled for 11 October 2016.
