Mirada plc (AIM: MIRA), a leading provider of integrated software solutions for digital TV operators and broadcasters, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of Howard Kennedy LLP at No.1 London Bridge, London SE1 9BG on 30 October 2017 at 10.30 a.m. The notice of AGM includes a special resolution to make an amendment to the articles of association of the Company. The notice of AGM and copies of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website www.mirada.tv/en/investors/
