Mirada plc (AIM: MIRA), a leading provider of integrated software solutions for digital TV operators and broadcasters, announces that Mr Ernesto Luis Tinajero Flores yesterday confirmed to the Company that he is the ultimate beneficiary of 37,593,449 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 27.03% of the voting rights in the capital of the Company. It has been confirmed that 26,954,266 of these shares are legally held indirectly within the Chase Nominees Limited nominee company and 10,639,183 shares are legally held directly within the Kaptungs Limited nominee company as part of their existing registered shareholdings in the Company.
