              Appointment of Chief Financial Officer to the Board 
 
mirada plc (AIM: MIRA), the audio-visual interaction specialist, is pleased to 
announce that, further to Gonzalo Babio's  appointment as Chief Financial 
Officer of the Company, announced on 19 March 2015, the Board has now approved 
Gonzalo's appointment as a director of the Company with effect from today. 
 
Jose Luis Vazquez, CEO of mirada PLC, commented: "We couldn't be more pleased 
with Gonzalo joining the Board of Directors, as we anticipate great benefits
