LIVINGSTON, N.J., July 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Milestone Scientific Inc. (AMEX:MSS), which develops, manufactures and markets computer controlled local anesthetic delivery systems, today announced that David Cohn, CPA, has been elected Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective July 14, 2006. Ms. Rosaline Shau, the previous CFO at Milestone, will continue to serve the Company as Assistant Controller.
Most recently Mr. Cohn was controller of Bookazine Co. Inc., a full service book wholesaler, and Arbee Associates, a consulting firm. Earlier in his career he worked at a public reporting company and an independent accounting and auditing firm.
