LAFAYETTE, La., May 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of MidSouth Bancorp Inc. (AMEX:MSL) announced today a cash dividend was declared in the amount of six cents ($.06) per share to be paid on its common stock on July 2, 2007 to shareholders of record on June 13, 2007. It is the intention of the Board to continue to pay these cash dividends on a quarterly basis.
