LAFAYETTE, La., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. (AMEX:MSL) announced today a cash dividend was declared in the amount of six cents ($.06) per share to be paid on its common stock on April 2, 2007 to shareholders of record on March 14, 2007. It is the intention of the Board to continue to pay these cash dividends on a quarterly basis.
