-- Mobile phone -- Banks can reach customers even when they're on the go, through targeted alerts and notifications sent to consumers mobile phone via Tellme and Windows® phones.

-- In the cloud -- Banks can utilize Microsoft's cloud-based operating system, Windows Azure, to connect the various platforms and devices in a seamless way and scale up or down depending on customer demand.
