Completion of Subscription and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of 22 August 2016, the Company is pleased to announce that admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM and sets out the following update to the Share Capital Statistics section reflecting these changes:

Total voting rights

The Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 270,555,743 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per Ordinary Share. There are no shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 270,555,743. This figure of 270,555,743 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
