BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - Merit Medical Systems Inc. said Monday it has
received notification from the FDA of 510(k) clearance for its Resolve Biliary
Catheter.
"This is the first of several FDA clearances we expect to receive before
year end that will create opportunities and revenue growth in 2008," the company
said.
Shares of South Jordan, Utah-based maker of disposable medical devices used
in in cardiology and radiology procedures fell 2% to $12.85.
