LONDON (Thomson Financial) - MediaZest Plc. said Nicholas Slater and
Rachelle Slater hold a 10.39 percent stake in the advertising company via
Schweco Nominees.
Of the total stake, Nicholas Slater holds about 1.23 million shares while
Rachelle Slater has about 1.15 million.
The Slaters also own stakes in ILT Solutions Plc. and Wensum Company Plc.
via Schweco Nominees.
Further, MediaZest added that Ennismore Fund Management no longer holds a
disclosable interest in the company.
