H. Bywater as Global President of the Salt Lake City-based medical

Well known for his operational excellence and strategic business
approach, Mr. Bywater will have responsibility over all MediConnect
Global operations.

Some of Mr. Bywater’s past positions included
executive positions at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) including
Senior Managing Director for ACS’s Human
Capital Management Solutions business, Chief Operating Officer for ACS’s
HRO business, and Managing Director of ACS’s
Healthcare Payer business which is a BPO services provider to U.S.
healthcare insurers. Before ACS, Mr. Bywater was Senior Manager for Bain
& Company where he focused on helping companies develop growth
strategies.
Mr. Bywater has a B.S. Degree in Economics from Brigham Young
University, and an M.B.A. Degree from Harvard Business School.
