1. Domestic Production

(1) June 2016

Mazda's domestic production volume in June 2016 decreased 13.9% compared to June 2015 due to decreased production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's total domestic production volume in the period from January through June 2016 increased 2.5% year-on-year due to increased production of passenger vehicles.

2. Overseas Production

(1) June 2016

Mazda's overseas production volume in June 2016 decreased 10.2% year-on-year, reflecting decreased production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

(1) June 2016

Mazda's domestic sales volume in June 2016 decreased 36.4% compared to June 2015 due to decreased sales of passenger vehicles.

Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 3.6% (down 2.9 points year-on-year), with a 2.3% share of the micro-mini segment (up 0.3 points year-on-year) and a 3.2% total market share (down 1.6 points year-on-year).

(2) January through June 2016

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in the period from January through June 2016 decreased 22.3% year-on-year due to decreased sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.3% (down 1.7 points year-on-year), with a 2.4% share of the micro-mini segment (unchanged year-on-year) and a 4.2% total market share (down 1.0 point year-on-year).
