The Company announces that on 28 June 2017 the Director listed
below exercised an award over ordinary shares in the Company under
the Company's 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan, which had been granted
on 25 June 2014.
Shares were sold by the Director to the extent necessary to fund
tax and NICs arising on the exercise as noted below.

and Linked Award are capable of exercise to the extent vested.
