Marston's PLC (the "Company") has posted to shareholders and, in accordance with LR 9.6.1R, has submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, copies of the following documents:

   --     Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 January 2015 ("AGM Notice");
