Mark Boyer Appointed Director of Operations For Con-Way Now and Con-Way Full Load

ANN ARBOR, Mich., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Con-Way Supply Chain Services, Inc., a subsidiary of CNF Inc. (NYSE:CNF) today announced the promotion of Mark Boyer to director of operations for its expedite company, Con-Way NOW, and Con-Way Full Load, its truckload brokerage operation.

Boyer will be responsible for all operations, customer service, intermodal moves and all post tender dispatch and service.

Boyer joined the Con-Way organization in 2003 as manager of intermodal operations. A transportation veteran, Boyer has held several operations and management positions with RW Service Systems, APL Land Transport, Triton Transport and FedEx Supply Chain Services.

"Mark's experience and contributions since joining the company clearly qualify him to lead the operations side of the business which is a major touch point with our customers," said Michelle Potter, president of Con-Way NOW. Boyer will report to Potter.

Boyer holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Toledo. He will work out of Con-Way NOW's general offices in Ann Arbor, Mich.
