OSLO (Thomson Financial) - Marine Harvest said it has taken up forward
contracts in peer Aker Seafoods related to 5.8 mln shares, or 11.92 pct of the
firm's total issued share capital, at 46.28 nkr per share.
The forward contracts expire on June 26, the Norwegian fish farmer said.
Aker Seafoods, which is 64.95 pct owned by conglomerate Aker, closed at
32.50 nkr per share last night.
