LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Management Consulting Group Plc. said executive
chairman Alan Barber and non-executive director Baroness Cohen of Pimlico bought
shares in the company on June 30, lifting their stakes to 0.20 percent and 0.05
percent respectively.
Barber acquired 150,000 shares at 29 pence each and now has 650,000 shares
representing a 0.20 percent stake.
Cohen purchased 102,500 shares at 30 pence per share and now holds 164,300
shares representing 0.05 percent of the company's issued share capital.
On June 30, the professional services company said it expects a first-half
pretax profit before amortisation of intangibles and non-recurring items of 14.5
million pounds to 15.5 million pounds, on a 60 percent rise in revenues to about
160 million pounds.
