Malaysian Ringgit Falls To More Than 17-year Against U.S. Dollar

The Malaysian ringgit weakened against the U.S. dollar in the
Asian session on Tuesday, as lower commodity prices and worries
about the health of Chinese and global economies dampened investor
sentiment.
Against the greenback, the ringgit fell to more than a 17-year
low of 4.4797 from yesterday's closing value of 4.4250.
If the ringgit extends its downtrend, it is likely to find
support around the 4.77 area.
