Malaysian Ringgit Falls To 8-day Low Against U.S. Dollar

The Malaysian ringgit weakened against the U.S. dollar in the
Asian session on Tuesday, after the state-owned investment company
1Malaysia Development Bhd announced default on loan payments.
Against the greenback, the ringgit fell to an 8-day low of
3.9440 from yesterday's closing value of 3.9010.
If the ringgit extends its downtrend, it is likely to find
support around the 4.02 area.
