The properties were previously valued as high as $1,100,000, with some starting bids beginning as low as $1,000.
All properties in the April 10th auction are available for viewing from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on March 30; 4 to 6 p.m. on April 1; and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 6. A cashier's check, as earnest money, is required to bid.
