NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Magnetek Inc. Tuesday said it will pursue the
divestiture of its telecom power systems business.
This business represented about $16 million of the company's total sales of
$103.8 million in 2007, Magnetek said.
Beginning in the fourth-quarter the business unit will be counted as a
discontinued operation.
Magnetek shares closed at $3.10 Monday.
