Douglas Norby to the Company's Board of Directors. Norby has held numerous operations and financial positions over the past 47 years with some of the semiconductor industry's most prominent companies.

Douglas Norby, 70 years old, most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tessera Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSRA) from July 2003 to January 2006. He was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LSI Logic Corporation from 1996 to 2000, and has served as a member of its Board of Directors since 1993. At LSI, he completed 10 acquisitions including a $760 million cash purchase and a related $800 million bank financing. Norby is also credited with raising $845 million in two convertible note offerings, and for establishing business models and P&L's for all operating divisions. He has also held Chief Financial Officer Positions with Novalux, Mentor Graphics, Syntex Corporation, and Itel Corporation, among others. From 1985-1992, Norby served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lucasfilm Ltd., where he more than tripled the size of the Company's non-film production divisions, and established a film production unit which produced Willow, Tucker, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Norby is a director of LSI Logic Corporation, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Jazz Semiconductor, Inc., Neterion, Inc. and STATS ChipPAC Ltd., and serves as the Chairman of Alexion's, Jazz Semiconductor's and Neterion's audit committee. He received his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
