The Fund also announced that Andrew Maple-Brown, Portfolio Manager of
the Fund, will host a quarterly investor conference call on Monday, June
28, 2010 at 4:15 PM ET to discuss the Fund’s results for the quarter
ended May 31, 2010.
“Many of MGU’s holdings have organic growth opportunities through
investments that we expect will provide attractive returns and enhance
earnings over time,” said Mr. Maple-Brown. “Furthermore, the
infrastructure sector on an operational level has generally continued to
perform strongly over the last quarter. Combined with these factors, the
equity market sell-off in recent weeks has created a number of
attractive investment opportunities for the Fund, with such businesses
well positioned in the current uncertain environment.”
Based on the Fund’s net asset value (“NAV”) of $15.92 and New York Stock
Exchange closing market price of $12.74 on June 9, 2010, the $0.16 per
share distribution is equal to an annualized distribution rate of 4.02%
at NAV and 5.02% at market price, respectively.
A portion of the distributions may be treated as paid from sources other
than net income, including, but not limited to, short-term capital gain,
long-term capital gain and return of capital. The final determination of
the source of all distributions in 2010, including the percentage of
qualified dividend income, will be made by the Fund after December 31,
This distribution will be payable on June 30, 2010 to shareholders of
record on June 24, 2010, with an ex-dividend date of June 22, 2010.
