LONDON (AFX) - MFI Furniture Group PLC said its shareholders have approved
its change of name to Galiform PLC.
The name change follows the disposal of the group\'s retail business to
Merchant Equity Partners, the private equity group.
Galiform owns the Howden Joinery business.
