LONDON (AFX) - MFI Furniture Group PLC said at an extraordinary general
meeting today, shareholders have approved the proposed disposal of its Retail
Business.
In September, the company announced it would sell its struggling retail
operations to private equity firm Merchant Equity Partners LLP for 125 mln stg.
