BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - MF Global Ltd. said Wednesday that its board
named Randy MacDonald as chief financial officer.
Ira Polk, who has been serving as the company's interim CFO, will continue
his role as chief administrative officer.
Prior to joining MF Global in 2006, MacDonald led financial operations at TD
Ameritrade Holding Corp. as finance chief and treasurer. He has served as
operating chief for the company since 2006.
Shares of the Hamilton, Bermuda-based futures brokerage closed Tuesday at
$10.54, down about 69% year-to-date.
