finalist in two key categories at the UK Customer Experience Awards
2014.
The national awards, now in their fifth year, celebrate and
reward excellence in customer experience across many
industries.
MBNA has been shortlisted in the 'Insight and Feedback' category
for its ongoing commitment to listening and responding to customer
needs - something that is driving rising standards and service
improvements.
It has also been recognised in the 'New Product or Product
Improvement' category, being shortlisted for its responsive website
which was created to meet changing customer needs in the digital
age.
