Loonie Mixed Ahead Of Canada New Housing Price Index

At 8:30 am ET Thursday, Canada new housing price index for
December is due. Ahead of the data, the loonie showed mixed trading
against its major rivals. While the loonie held steady against the
greenback and the euro, it rose against the yen. Against the
aussie, it declined.
The loonie was worth 1.3982 against the greenback, 1.5861
against the euro, 0.9891 against the aussie and 80.33 against the
yen as of 8:25 am ET.
