LONDON-- Lekoil Ltd (LEK.LN) Thursday announced an agreement for Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA.LN) to take oil from its Otakikpo Field in Nigeria, with pricing will be determined at future spot market prices.

Shares at 0841GMT, up a penny, or 5.4%, at 22 pence valuing the company at GBP118 million.
