SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Lattice Semiconductor late Thursday
named Chief Financial Officer Jan Johannessen as interim president and chief
executive.
Current President and CEO Steve Skaggs' previously announced his plan to
resign on May 31.
Johannessen will retain his duties as CFO.
Shares of Hillsboro, Ore.-based Lattice closed at $3.35
