SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Lattice Semiconductor Corp. late Friday
said that President and Chief Executive Steve Skaggs plans to resign, effective
May 31.
The Hillsboro, Ore.-based company said it has begun a search for a new CEO.
The company's stock closed the regular session down 4 cents at $2.61.
