The latest release of Kenexa's award-winning on-demand solution delivers three dozen functional enhancements that support the needs of job candidates, hiring managers, staffing agencies and corporate recruiters.
Consistent with Kenexa's intense focus on customer satisfaction, the latest enhancements to Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing reflect client feedback, recruiting best practices and today's escalating global requirements. Notable among its updates is a user-configurable Talent Comparison Summary, which was designed to enable hiring managers to view and evaluate up to five candidates side-by-side. Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing's Agency Manager submissions workflow now gives staffing agency recruiters added flexibility to present their candidates in the most comprehensive manner possible by including work samples and other relevant materials to properly position candidates. On the job candidate level, support for the Azerbaijani (also known as Azeri) language is contained in the latest version, as well as greater ability for candidates to easily check the status of their applications.
