In accordance with the requirements of DTR Rule 3.1.4R, the
Company wishes to notify the following changes in the interests in
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") of the
following directors and persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR").
The Transactions set out below in the Shares have been conducted
by the relevant PDMR pursuant to a trading plan, as defined and
required under paragraphs 23 to 26 of the Model Code at Annex 1 of
Listing Rule 9. The PDMR has notified the Company that a trading
plan was entered into on 15 January 2015 and that the transactions
below were effected in accordance with such trading plan.
