LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Laird Group Plc. said it has made a strong
start to 2008, with trading in line with its expectations and that it expects to
make further good progress in 2008.
The electronics and technology company said its revenue from continuing
operations grew by 35 percent in the three months to March 31 compared with the
same period in 2007 with the organic revenue growth at the top end of its
medium-term expectations of 15 percent to 20 percent.
The company also said its balance sheet remains strong.
