CLEVELAND, Aug. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LESCO, Inc. (NASDAQ:LSCO), a leading provider of products for the professional green and pest control industries, today announced the hiring of Michael Poole as its Vice President, Real Estate & Store Planning. Since the beginning of 2003, LESCO has opened more than 60 new LESCO Service Center(R) stores and intends to increase its total number of Service Centers annually by ten to fifteen percent. LESCO's analysis of the turf care and pest management industries indicates that there is potential for the Company to open at least 250 additional Service Centers over the next five years.

Mr. Poole's retail career has been in real estate and store opening roles for a variety of organizations, including Talbots, United Retail Group, Dairy Mart and Edison Brothers Stores.
