EMERYVILLE, Calif. (AP) - LECG Corp., which provides analytical and
consulting services, said Wednesday it named Steven Fife its chief financial
officer.
Fife, 47, has been the company's vice president of finance since May. He
succeeds Jack Burke, who is moving to the newly created role of managing
director where he will be responsible for "developing nascent practice areas for
the firm."
Prior to joining LECG, Fife worked as senior corporate controller at Gilead
Sciences Inc.
Shares of LECG fell 23 cents to $15.26 in afternoon trading.
