that Kreisler Manufacturing Corporation (NASDAQ:KRSL) announces the death of
Edward L. Stern, the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive
Officer. Mr. Stern has played a vital role over the past 32 years as President
and Chief Executive Officer. His commitment and the sheer force of his
personality will sincerely be missed, but long remembered.
The entire company mourns this tragic loss and we express our heartfelt
