LONDON--Tanzania-focused Kibo Mining PLC (KIBO.LN) said Monday it has finalized a collaboration agreement with General Electric Co. (GE) for the latter to supply equipment, technology and services to develop Kibo's thermal coal power plant, a part of the company's Mbeya coal-to-power project in Tanzania.

The agreement was first announced on Sept. 16.

Kibo is developing a coal mine to supply thermal coal to a power plant with a forecast 250-350 megawatt power generating capacity.
