KeySpan Corporation (NYSE:KSE) announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.465 per share, payable November 1, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 18, 2006.

This dividend payment reflects an annual increase of $0.04 per share over last year's dividend, and is the Company's 34th consecutive period of paying a dividend as KeySpan. This builds upon the Company's long-standing history of dividend payments previously established in its former companies.
