Kea's Chairman Discusses the PrimaryBid.com Fundraising

Ian Gowrie-Smith, the Chairman of Kea Petroleum plc (AIM: KEA), the oil and gas company focused on New Zealand, has discussed the Company's proposed fundraising via the PrimaryBid.com platform in a number of recent media interviews.

PrimaryBid.com is an online platform dedicated to equity crowdfunding for AIM-listed companies. Kea is seeking to raise not less than GBP3 million before expenses via the platform at a minimum price of 1p per share. The PrimaryBid.com book will remain open until 7 May 2015.
